These gimbal cover almost exclusively what I use on bottom and spinning rods, or any other type of rod that is not going to be used in a fighting belt.
They are great because most of the time you can pick one of the sizes and it fits directly on the butt of the blank with out having to build it up with tape.
They are very comfortable. They are also about the same exact size as most of the foam grips so they have a sleek look on the end of the rod.
